- HTML fixes
    - Mandatory attributes added
    - Missing semicolons added
    - Missing closing tags added
    - Missing label association in forms added/fixed
    - Missing quotes added
    - Closing tags that have no opening tag removed
- Bootstrap fixes
- Unused template tags removed
