11329d5e09 Expose control of the number of open files in libvips' cache. 
Breaks API of existing cache method.
Disable libvips cache for I/O tests.

f57a0e3b00 Ensure embedded profile, if any, is always used 
Perform sRGB conversion at end of pipe only

withMetadata exports profile, should not convert

Convert one fixture to sRGB to help test
