- Replace GIF 'optimise' option with 'reuse'
- Add 'progressive' option to GIF
- Add 'wrap' option to text creation

a7fa7014ef Add experimental support for JPEG-XL, requires libvips with libjxl 
The prebuilt binaries do not include support for this format.
